Q.1) How soon the costumes will be delivered?
anmar couture will always try to deliver the specified quality of dresses. We will try our best to deliver each product within the time frame. If in any case the order is not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances, no reimbursement will be done.
        
Q.2) What is the Exchange Policy?
If you are not satisfied with the dresses if any fault from our end when delivered, i.e. stitching, material, embroidery, colour, stain, it should be returned in the same condition and we will repair or replace it at our own cost. If any fault from customer end, i.e. wrong measurement, wrong color selection, etc. the company can repair or replace it at customerís expense.

Once the piece is couriered and airway bill no. given to customer, post which company is not liable for any error, damage, delay from courier end.

If you are not satisfied with the dresses we do offer exchange for the same design. For that we request you to return the item in unused condition and in original packing at your expense within 7 days. We will inspect the item to find out what went wrong and take appropriate steps to prevent such problems from happening again. Then we will ship the free replacement to you of the same design.
        
Q.3) What is the No Refund Policy?
If you are not happy with the order for any reason and like to return it for a refund, we will refund the amount after holding 25% of the order value considering the amount of shipping and customization. You will have to ship the dress at your expense. In any case shipping charges will not be refunded. The dresses have to be returned in unused condition with original packing within 3-5 days from the day of the receipt of the goods. As soon as the dresses are shipped you should send the tracking number. Dresses shipped after 7days will not be accepted at all.
        
Q.4)How to Cancel an order?
Order cancellation should be done within 48 hours. If it is done after 48 hours, we will deduct 25% of the order value, as your order would have already been under processing.
        
Q.5) What are the Payment options?
Our authorized retailer accepts Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, and Diners Credit Cards. We also have an option of receiving payment through Paypal, Bankers cheques and Telegraphic Transfers, according to client suitability. For wire transfer, email to info@anmarcouture.com for further detail.
Even though we take all the necessary steps from our side to avoid custom duty charges and taxes to be levied on the recipient, but sometimes it in unavoidable. In such instances, the recipient has to bear the duty charges and taxes.
